Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the oversight of content strategy, creation, delivery and governance across multiple client digital delivery systems including websites, social environments, distributed digital content and mobile platforms. The Digital Content Specialist ensures that digital content is discoverable, actionable, shareable and understandable in various forms, and that it contributes to the goals & objectives of our clients. In addition, this position will support the ACES/PIES data content initiatives.


  • Work with vendors and internal resources to collect product for the creation and revision of digital assets to catalog and store in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) System.
  • Manage full library of all digital assets for all brands.
  • Prepare and provide digital assets to customers per customer standards.
  • Manage digital asset delivery schedules, insuring customer get data delivered on time and with quality.
  • Track and manage all customer digital asset requests for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Gain knowledge in industry content delivery standards (ACES, PIES). Work on Catalog ACES/PIES driven project initiatives when required.
  • Learn, understand, and master the appropriate application data processes and related catalog industry standards.
  • Communicate broadly with catalog leadership, other departments, outside vendors, customers, and data traders to understand project needs, deliverable requirements, and improvement opportunities for customer content delivery
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Associates degree in Graphic Arts, Business Management or Digital Production or equivalent

experience in related field. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications Technology preferred.

2-3 years relevant job experience.

Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator software with ability to re-touch images as needed.

Ability to change image formats, i.e... JPEG’s to TIF’s.

Working knowledge of digital images, photography and digital asset file management.

Build constructive and effective relationships internally between departments and externally with customers.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.
